Director of Food & Beverage
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, or related field.
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in Food & Beverage operations within a renowned international five-star hospitality environment. Preference would be given to the candidates currently working as Dir (F&B) or Asst. Dir (F&B) in the MENA region managing large-scale hotel operations, luxury resorts, or upscale boutique properties. Experience in overseeing diverse dining concepts, particularly Thai, Japanese, and Chinese cuisines, is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, operational expertise, and a proven track record of managing high-performing teams while driving service excellence and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the daily operations and administration of all Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, kitchens, and stewarding.
- Lead and support outlet managers to achieve operational excellence, profitability, and brand service standards.
- Develop and monitor operating schedules, budgets, and cost controls to maximize revenue and manage food, beverage, and labor costs.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef and outlet managers to create attractive, market-driven menus and promotions.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by monitoring service quality, reviewing customer feedback, and implementing continuous improvements.
- Analyze business performance and recommend operational and marketing strategies to enhance sales and competitiveness.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, purchasing, and operational planning to ensure efficient department performance.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop F&B team members while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
