Responsibilities:
- To perform duty in terminal / Depot. Or any hospitality locations /Operational area including tank, tank lorries (ready for loading/decantation) lineup connections, product receipt, & delivery, TT sealing & Tank/tank lorry gauging under supervision of shift supervisor/officer operations.
- Ensure no product leakage / spillage from TLs or in Terminal / Depot operational area.
- Follow safety rules and regulations and enhance pro-safety culture in Terminal / Depot premises.
- Maintain upkeep of Terminal/locations good housekeeping all the time.

Position: Lab Chemist / Executive for Quality Van
Qualification & Skills
- B.Sc./B.E./M.Sc./B.Tech/B.E. (Chemical Engineering)
- Good Knowledge of Petroleum Products, Reagents, ASTM/UOP/ISO Methods for testing, Equipment’s, Lab Inventory management, Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) & Staff Management.
Job Description:
- To ensure the quality of petroleum all products being received at Quality Van for testing
- Ensure the quality of products being received through Tank Lorries & Pipeline.
- Testing & reporting of samples received from customers
- Preparation of Daily test reports, monthly summary, inventory report etc.
- Maintenance of logbooks.
- Testing equipment’s maintenance & timely calibration.
- Maintaining Lab inventory, safe disposal of waste & retained samples.
- Housekeeping of laboratory/Quality Van
- Environment, Health & safety (EHS) enhancement in Laboratory/Quality Van
Responsibilities:
- To ensure the quality of petroleum products being received from depot/terminal or other OMCs by road or by pipeline for testing.
- Prepare Daily test reports of all products, receipt tank lorry/pipeline parcel samples, customer samples etc.
- Maintain sample logbook & product wise / T/L sample results (Internal/External), waste/Retain sample record etc.
- Maintaining Lab inventory, breakage/damage/loss control, stationery etc.
- Timely calibration of lab equipment’s and demand execution for lab necessary items (glassware etc.)
- Preparing monthly reports of sampling summary, external samples billing etc.
- On Marketing dept. requirement, visit to customers plants for product sampling, quality complaints.
- Responsible for the lab testing equipment and maintaining the weekly monthly and yearly record.
- Housekeeping and HSE implementation.
