Key Responsibilities:
- Handle financial queries and disputes from customers, providing resolutions on time.
- Oversee the entire order fulfillment process from order receipt to delivery.
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to meet delivery schedules.
- Lead all initiatives to enhance Salesforce Effectiveness within the cluster.
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve any issues that arise.
- Resolve any transportation issues, including delays, damages, and lost shipments.
- Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
•Manage billing and invoicing processes for national and international orders. - Coordinate with the finance department to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
