FasalPay (we are hiring), Pakistan’s leading Agri Fintech is hiring for a Field Operations Executive. The ideal candidate should have the following:
Qualification: Graduate (Agri-graduates preferred)
Experience: 3 – 4 Years of Experience in Roles Requiring Coordination with Farmers and other Agri-Related Stakeholders
Location: Khanewal
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a detailed understanding of products and processes involved in successful execution of GNPL program and share recommendation for their improvement
- Recruit and on board eligible farmers and Lead Farmers (KISSAN RAHBAR) for development of farming clusters
- Coordinate with banking partners and facilitate farmers with the required documentation to expedite their credit financing requests
- Alignment of farmers and selection of sites for delivery of agri-inputs and services scheduled as per the crop plan, and secure delivery confirmation against them from the farmers
- Closely monitor farmers adherence to the agreed crop plan by following the crop monitoring process
- Utilize precision agri tools as prescribed by the agronomy team for crop mapping and monitoring
- Organize, conduct and oversee farmer and lead farmer training and advisory sessions on regular basis
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of produce from farm sites to designated buyers/processors
- Support the Product team with roll out and adoption of FasalPay platform modules being designed for Farmers, Lead Farmers and Partners
- Keep focus on delivering the best user experiences that results in customer delight, program loyalty, adherence to guidelines & policies and advocacy
- Proactively share the customers and partners feedback across the organization. Identify and validate customer needs, potential challenges and take necessary initiatives to address them and achieve the assigned targets. Apply
