Dr. Ziauddin Group of Hospitals and Universities is hiring for “Architect” based at Head Office, Karachi.
Job Summary:
Perform assigned tasks independently. Take on a problem-solving approach and have ability to make decisions. Produce conceptual & technical drawings after getting user input. Facilitate users to write project design brief and prepare space plan accordingly. Coordinate with consultants and other concerned stakeholders. Review BOQ’s. oversee construction, data management and produce 3D visualizations.
Responsibilities:
· Capable and confident with Client interface
· Review engineering cost estimates, BOQ’s and vendor quotes.
· Review consultant (HVAC, structure, electrical etc.) bills as per scope of work.
· Project documentation and data management
· Produce designs as per user requirement and site requirements.
· Liaison with consultants and concerned stakeholders.
Other Requirements:
Experience: 8 – 10 years in healthcare industry preferred
Educations: B. ARCHITECTURE FROM PCATP REGISTERED UNIVERSITY (MASTER PREFERRED). PCATP REGISTRATION IS MANDOATORY
