Position: E-commerce & Data Entry Intern
As an E-commerce & Data Entry Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our online operations and maintaining accurate data. This internship provides hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, data entry, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain product listings on our e-commerce platform.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, including prices & descriptions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product listings for better visibility.
- Assist in data entry tasks related to inventory management and order processing.
- Work closely with the customer service team to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online retail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
