Responsible For:

1. Oversee and manage technical projects, ensuring they align with company goals, budgets, and timelines.
2. Develop and execute strategies for technical development in line with business objectives.
3. Possess a strong understanding of spinning technology, processes, and machinery used in textile manufacturing.
4. Address technical challenges and provide solutions to ensure smooth operations and productivity.
5. Work closely with other departments, such as production, quality control, and R&D, to optimize processes and achieve common goals.
6. Manage resources effectively, including budget, manpower, and equipment, to maximize efficiency and output.
7. Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations in spinning processes, maintaining high-quality output.
8. Evaluate team performance, set objectives, and facilitate professional development to enhance skills and productivity.
9. Effectively communicate technical concepts and project updates to stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.

Core Expertise:

1. Excellent knowledge of Reiter back process and MVS and Lakshmi rings and can do costing etc.
2. Excellent knowledge of Cotton and specialized yarn manufacturing experiences like lycra, bamboo, and Manmade fibers.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualification: BSc. Textile Eng. with CGPA 3.25 & Above
Experience: 15 Years of Experience in a Good Reputed Group
