We are looking for ”AM Finance” for our organization.
Location: Lahore
Experience: 3-6 years experience in Manufacturing sector with Finance and Inventory management experience
Education: ACCA (Finalist) or CA (Finalist)
Responsibilities:
- To supervise bookkeeping, daily operation and monthly closing.
Preparation of all monthly reports (like stock reports, outstanding, aging etc.) - Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions.
Identify discrepancies in ledgers and accounts, tracking them to the source and correcting them. - Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Responsible to Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Supervision and/or the preparation of bank reconciliations, receivable, payable, inventory, reconciliations.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, semiannual and annually Financial Statement
- Handle accounts payable, receivable and payment records
- Familiar with import/export documentation and deal with bank treasury department.
- Preserve records and prepare related reports.
- Keeping a close eye on the movement of stock from in and out of the warehouse. Review documentation and process inventory movements in the form of Raw Material to look for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
- Be able to interact with suppliers and clients for accounting and finance related documentation.
- Coordinate with accounts team members and external parties to successfully execute various accounting tasks.
- Through understanding and experience of vendors and customers balance reconciliation
- Understanding of costing concepts.
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports as per management requirements
- Daily ensure data input of all accounts and finance related transactions.
- Must be highly intellectual and share feedback on continuous basis to improve accounts and finance related data of the company.
- Strictly follow company SOPs on entering accounting and finance entries
