Position: R&D Officer – Research & Development
(Food & Herbal Products)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development and improvement of Food and Herbal products and formulations.
- Conduct research on herbal ingredients, food formulation trials, and product development activities.
- Perform laboratory testing and assist in stability studies of food & herbal products.
- Prepare and maintain R&D documentation, laboratory records, and technical reports.
- Follow approved SOPs and ensure compliance with GMP and GLP and Food Safety requirements.
- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and Production departments.
- Assist in troubleshooting formulation and product quality issues.
- Maintain laboratory equipment, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Support new product development and existing product improvement projects for Food & Herbal range.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Sciences, Food Technology, Herbal Sciences, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Food & Herbal R&D preferred.
- Strong knowledge of herbal extraction, food formulation development, laboratory techniques, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with GMP, GLP, Food Safety and regulatory requirements.
- Good communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities.
