JOB ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:
- Plan, design, and manage enterprise infrastructure including compute, storage, virtualization, and backup systems.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of IT platforms and services.
- Implement and maintain robust backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Monitor infrastructure health and proactively resolve performance and capacity issues.
- Develop and enforce infrastructure standards, SOPs, and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS)
- Manage day-to-day IT operations, incident management, and service delivery.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and support services.
- Budgeting, optimize infrastructure costs while maintaining service quality.
- Lead and mentor infrastructure and operations teams.
