WE ARE HIRING HRBP – Learning & Development
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will manage all aspects of Learning & Development (L&D), and Employee Engagement across the organization. This includes conducting training needs analysis (TNA) and designing, delivering, and coordinating learning and development programs aligned with organizational goals for both head office and field employees. The role will be responsible for facilitating and organizing trainings, workshops, and learning sessions, while also promoting the adoption of e-learning platforms and incorporating gamification techniques to enhance employee engagement, motivation, and knowledge retention across the workforce.
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development is preferred. Professional certifications in L&D, HR, or OD will be an added advantage.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in learning and development.
- Deadline: Applications should be submitted latest by April 30, 2026.
- Location: This is a Head Office based position with frequent travel to the field sites.
