We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager Reporting

Join our dynamic team as Assistant Manager Reporting to enable data-driven decision making by delivering accurate reports and generating actionable insights that drive business performance and operational excellence.
Assistant Manager Reporting is responsible to:
Develop, maintain and automate sales and business performance reports.
Analyze sales, revenue and operational data to generate actionable insights.
Build and manage dashboards using Excel, experience with Google Data Studio (Looker Studio) or Power BI is a plus.
Ensure data accuracy by validating and reconciling data from multiple sources.
Identify trends, gaps and inconsistencies in data and provide solutions.
Support pricing, sales performance tracking and KPI monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.
Prepare and present reports to management in a clear and concise manner.
Optimize reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Handle ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in data analysis, sales reporting, MIS analytics or business reporting roles.
Strong expertise in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFs, Pivot Tables, data cleaning, and reporting).
Experience in building clean and effective data visualization dashboards.
Good communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience with ERP software (e.g., SAP B1/HANA) is a plus.
