WE’RE HIRING COST CONTROLLER
LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, HEAD OFFICE NORTH NAZIMABAD CAMPUS.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Cost Controller will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and controlling the hospital’s costs and expenses to ensure financial efficiency. This role requires close collaboration with different departments to provide accurate cost data, budget monitoring, and cost-saving recommendations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop, implement, and maintain cost control systems, procedures, and standards. • Monitor hospital expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets. • Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and variance analysis for management. • Identify cost reduction opportunities and propose corrective actions. • Work closely with procurement, operations, and clinical departments to control material, labor, and overhead costs. • Support the budgeting and planning process by providing accurate cost data. • Generate regular financial dashboards and reports for management decision-making.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (Master’s preferred).
• Professional Qualification: (ACCA, ICMA, CA finalist, or equivalent) will be an advantage.
• Work Experience: 4 – 6 years of experience in cost control, preferably in healthcare, hospital, or service industry.
