In-Charge QSR Operations
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise daily activities, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics & floor productivity.
- Oversee operations team and manage the supply chain flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtimes.
- Supervise and lead the dispatch team, providing guidance and directions to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize costs, enhance efficiency, and improve overall performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in handling QSRs in a similar role will be preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
