Al Razzaq Fibres (Pvt.) Ltd – Saya is seeking a motivated and experienced 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 for Gujrat, Narowal & Gujranwala Stores to join our fashion retail organization.
𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:-
- Assist the Branch Manager in all aspects of managing the retail store.
- Supervise and train staff to ensure high levels of customer service.
- Drive sales and meet sales targets through effective merchandising and promotional strategies.
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and tracking merchandise.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to develop and implement strategies for business growth.
