Job Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for providing support in various human resource functions.
2) Formulating Job Ads after receiving job requisitions.
3) Reviewing resumes and applications to shortlist candidates.
4) Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
5) Assisting in or conducting initial screening interviews.
6) Conducting background and reference checks.
7) Helping to design and deliver new employee orientation programs.
8) Ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and filed.
9) Participating in initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement.
10) Assisting in the development and implementation of training programs.
11) Coordinating training sessions and ensuring employee participation.
12) Collecting feedback on training programs to assess their effectiveness.
13) Assisting in the entire performance management process i.e. maintaining records of employee objectives & performance appraisal forms.
14) Managing and updating HR information systems.
15) Handling various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
16) Assisting with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
