Job Title: Marketplace Operations Manager (DARAZ)
Job Summary:
As the Marketplace Operations Manager, you will play a key role in managing our presence on various online marketplaces, including but not limited to Daraz. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our marketplace stores, optimizing product listings, implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce marketplace management, a deep understanding of online marketplace platforms, and a proven track record of driving sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and supervise the operations of our marketplace stores, including Daraz, to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
-Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory to align with market trends and maximize sales opportunities.
-Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and drive sales on online marketplaces.
-Utilize digital marketing tools such as PPC ads and search ads to enhance product visibility and conversion rates.
-Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance, customer interaction, and marketplace trends.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product assortment, promotions, and pricing strategies.
-Stay updated on marketplace policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize performance.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-Experience in e-commerce marketplace management, preferably with a focus on platforms like Daraz.
-Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets in an online marketplace environment.
-Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, SEO principles, and digital marketing strategies.
-Experience with PPC advertising, search ads, and other digital marketing tools.
-Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
-Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
