O&M Work Planning & Quality Assurance Job Description:
Ø Familiar with OEM Products Inverters Brands used in Projects includes SOFAR SOLAR, SOLIS, GROWATT, and ALPHA ESS SYSTEM. Rating 5KW~250KW. SUNGROW 110KW-250KW.
Ø Responsible for the smooth functioning of all operations of the PV Solar Power Plant and Implementing effective techniques to bring efficiency to the performance of the plant.
Ø Interfaces with the O&M contractor to review the operation of plant equipment and systems continuously, minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate and solve problems in a timely manner, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Ø Make Technical documents; grid outages, onsite equipment problems, log entries, site visitation; safety and environmental inspections.
Ø Reporting to Management and responsible for the day-to-day supervision of Operations & Maintenance. Activities of the plant. Collect Data for Inverters failures, output feedback on major quality issues, and coordinate with HQ staff to improve product quality and efficiency.
Ø Manage preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and predictive maintenance jobs carried out in the field as per the planning and record keeping for the same.
Ø Also make work reports, troubleshoot documentation and comply with the company.
Ø Remotely monitor all Plants on a daily basis and record error occurrences in Plants and make sheets and also share with Management.
Ø Provide Technical Support all over Pakistan against OEM Products.
Ø Preparing the monthly & Daily generation reports related to availability.
Ø Coordinate with the supply chain on warranty claims & waste disposal
Qualifications
Ø MSc. Electrical Engineering/Renewable Energy Engineering/Electronics.
Ø At least 7 years experience (with at least 4 years experience at a similar job in product maintenance)
