WE ARE HIRING CONCEPT LEAD PRETTY WESTERN
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and inspire the design team to create innovative, on-trend, and high-quality PRET Western collections.
- Conduct extensive market and trend research to identify key directions, fabrications, and color palettes for PRET Western styles.
- Develop cohesive design concepts that are aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and the target market’s needs.
- Oversee the creation and execution of seasonal collections, ensuring the final designs reflect both creative vision and commercial potential.
- Work in close collaboration with other departments such as merchandising, production, and marketing to ensure designs are manufacturable.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in Fashion Design, with atleast 2 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile/Fashion design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of modern pret western fashion trends.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the concept development for the pret prints category, from initial design concepts through to final execution, ensuring creativity, quality, and innovation.
- Work closely with the design, merchandising, and production teams to ensure designs are not only creative but also feasible within the production and budget.
- Oversee the production of prints, ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained from concept through to finished product.
- Monitor the development process to ensure the final product align with initial concepts and quality standards.
- Develop seasonal collections that reflect contemporary trends while maintaining a timeless basic print aesthetic.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in fashion design, with atleast 2 years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design/Textile Design.
