Sewerage and Water Supply Supervisor
Primary functions of the job are to manage the housing water supply and sewerage systems, including training, directing and supervising staff, managing budget and expenses. Establishes priorities, monitors and evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of sewerage system and water supply, develops and implements plans to improve utility services.
Qualifications and Requirements
• DAE Civil
• 10 – 15 years of experience with at least 5 year with housing schemes.

Senior Account Executive
Qualification: Graduation
Experience: Minimum 02 Years

Key Responsibilities:
· Managing Local Sales Transactions: Accurately post and invoice local sales, handle bank receipt vouchers, and process debit/credit notes for local sales transactions.
· Tax Compliance: Record and manage tax challans associated with sales transactions to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
· International Transactions: Verify and vouch for export and import charges, maintaining accurate financial records for international transactions.
· Bank Reconciliation: Prepare and analyze bank reports, reconcile accounts, and identify discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy.
