Wavetec is on the lookout for a Supply Chain professional for logistics, Import/Export in their Supply chain Department for its Karachi office.
- Day to day coordination with Freight forwarders, regional counter parts and clients to ensure smooth shipments execution.
- Forwarders assignment, documentation, handling and execution of shipments (Import, export, cross- trade).
- Ensure a healthy trade-off between logistics cost and lead time.
- Initiating and implementing Cost and Lead Time optimization projects pertaining to logistics.
- Super relevant logistics experience (at least 6 months) in cross-trade, import, export
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must as you will be communicating with regional counterparts and clients from around the globe on a daily basis
