Utopia Industries is looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional for the position of 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 to support the growth of our Plastic Products, Metal Products, Accessories, and Packaging divisions.
𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔:
·Generate business opportunities and secure orders from Multinational Companies (MNCs), FMCG, and Pharmaceutical sectors.
·Develop strong business relationships with procurement teams, supply chain departments, and corporate clients.
·Identify new business opportunities and evaluate project feasibility for long-term business growth.
·Promote company products and solutions related to Plastic Products, Metal Products, Packaging, and Accessories.
·Ensure compliance with MNC production standards, quality requirements, and vendor qualification procedures.
·Manage and expand business with reputable organizations and financially strong clients.
·Coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution of projects and customer requirements.
·Conduct market analysis and business development activities to achieve company growth targets.
𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:
·8–10 years of experience in business development within Plastic Products, Metal Products, FMCG, or Pharmaceutical industries.
·Strong knowledge of plastic products, metal products, packaging solutions, and industrial manufacturing processes.
·Good understanding of MNC operational standards, compliance requirements, and vendor management systems.
·Familiarity with business models of leading organizations, including supplier/vendor engagement processes.
·Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
·Ability to independently manage key accounts and develop new business opportunities.
