Position: Assistant Manager Fabric Development

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering
- 3-4 years of experience in fabric development, with a strong focus on sample execution and product customization within the denim industry.
Skills:
- Proficiency in product construction and material selection.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, particularly in liaising with production and marketing teams.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of seasonal trend analysis and customization techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed sample plans in line with the business development/ Marketing team requirement.
- Oversee the finalization of product construction and material selection, lead the development of customized products and seasonal collections, ensuring they meet market demands and customer preferences.
- Able to Manage the “Mills Week” and KP Collection development.
- Address and resolve queries from the marketing team and other departments, ensuring clear communication and timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of fabric development activities and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure the successful execution of fabric samples, from concept to final product.
- Coordinate the transition of fabric samples to full-scale production, ensuring that timelines are met and quality standards are maintained.
