WE’RE HIRING Payable Officer
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to manage vendor accounts, invoice processing, and financial controls within our finance operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Record and verify vendor invoices, credit notes, and expenses in SAP.
- Perform three-way matching (PO, GRN, Invoice) before posting and ensure transaction accuracy.
- Prepare sales tax input reconciliations and support compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate vendor balances.
- Handle LC-related coordination with procurement and logistics while monitoring unbilled liabilities.
- Record provisions and accruals during monthly closing activities.
- Maintain and update vendor master data in SAP and ensure accurate AP records.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting / Commerce.
- Relevant experience in Accounts Payable.
- Strong attention to detail and reconciliation skills.
- Knowledge of tax regulations and financial controls.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Good command of MS Excel.
