One of the leading International Air Express companies in Pakistan, which is positioned for market growth and expansion, requires a “Brokerage Officer” for Lahore Office.
The candidate will be responsible for:
Ensure 100% response to customers queries on detain shipments.
To get the early release of the detained shipments by following up with agent from customs.
Attend incoming calls, and handle queries accordingly.
Support to Operation, Handling DR shipment matters with agent in all manner.
Record keeping abandoned files/detain shipments.
Ensuring all customers are dealt with in appropriate manner.
Responsible for forwarding of released shipment till final delivery.
The ideal candidate:
Must have minimum of bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in a relevant field.
Possesses excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
Preferably have prior experience of 02 years relevant experience.
Skills required: Customer dealing, Professional Communication Skills, Proficient in computers, Problem solving skills.
