Head Business Intelligence & Financial Analytics
Job Description:
The applicant will work with senior management to support strategic planning activities by providing actionable recommendations based on data, customer behavior, market trends and regulatory landscape, both local and international.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand end-state business objectives and develop comprehensive customer insights in order to capture incremental benefits for the organization, impact on KPIs along with growth projections.
- Deep dive analysis of customers covering Individual, Corporate and Walk-in customer segments. Identify their relationship with the bank, financial behavior and interactions with the bank.
- Consolidate information into actionable points and use results for product enhancement and new feature development.
- Development of comprehensive business cases of strategic projects/key initiatives and track actual performance with respect to KPIs and ROI.
- Development of comprehensive dashboards. Evaluate and recommend addition of new KPIs in order to gain granular visibility and enhanced control over far corners of the business.
- Scan the internal and external environment to leverage new sources of data in order to anticipate customer needs, address existing gaps in product suit and capture new markets.
Collaborate with external partners with an aim to enhance the abilities of Business Intelligence function and bring an outside-in perspective.
- Proactive participation in the evaluation of growth initiatives and strategic projects.
- Develop and maintain key relationships and collaborate with subject matter experts, peer banks, consultants and other relevant stakeholders.
Experience & Qualification:
- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant background.
Skills Required:
- Proven team player, highly adaptable to new opportunities and able to learn complex topics quickly.
- Excellent analytical, writing and presentation skills.
- Attention to details.
- Business acumen.
- Proficiency in Data Modeling and Business Intelligence tools.
- A comprehensive understanding of Data Processing Languages such as SQL and Python.
