Responsibilities:
π¨ Oversee ππ π¨π©ππ«πππ’π¨π§π¬, ensuring compliance with internal HR policies
π¨ Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
π¨ Oversee performance management, goal setting, and calibration sessions
π¨ Analyze HR data, providing insights for strategic decision-making
π¨ Automate the performance management system in ππππ
π¨ Conduct organizational assessments, recommending changes to enhance employee satisfaction
π¨ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes
π¨ Prepare HR budgeting & HR operations reports
π¨ Prepare Presentations and present to the management
π¨ Collaborate with senior leaders, HR teams, and other stakeholders to drive organizational development initiatives.
Requirements:
π¨ Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
π¨ 4-6 years of HR experience, with 2+ years in ππ π¨π©ππ«πππ’π¨π§π¬ or ππ¨π¦π©ππ§π¬πππ’π¨π§ & πππ§πππ’π
π¨ Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., πππππππ, πππππ ππ) is a plus
π¨ Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel & PowerPoint
π¨ Excellent presentation skills, with ability to create engaging and informative presentations
π¨ Proven track record of developing and implementing effective strategies and programs.
π¨ Ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
π¨ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Requirements:
π¨ Minimum graduation.
π¨ 3 β 4 years of experience in a well β known retail brand as a Floor Manager or in a similar capacity.
π¨ Experience of Hardlines (Toys, Infant Accessories, Stationary, & Jewelry) is a Plus.
π¨ Communication people and leadership skills are must.
π¨ Problem solving, confident, and energetic personality.
