Position: Sr. Executive / AM After Sales – Gensets
Location: Islamabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell services and visit new customers for business and related service jobs.
- Regularly meet all corporate clients to review ongoing service & maintenance and maintain service strategy in light of feedback.
- Advise higher management on technical aspects of envisaged new products.
- Responsible for growth in service & spare parts business ensuring stability and consistency.
- Keep records of all visits carried out and timely follow-up for business growth.
- Keep records of all invoicing for annual maintenance contracts and assist in follow-up of pending/outstanding payments.
- Must have a strong understanding of legal laws, rules, regulations, and standards.
- Liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments, and customers for on-time deliverables.
- Timely inform the GM of clients turning away from Greaves services and arrange meetings with disgruntled and prospective customers.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate or B.E from a reputable institute.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in the relevant industry.
