Position: Accounts Officer
Location: Lahore (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
Daily & Monthly Accounting Operations
- Record financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
- Maintain ledgers, journals, and supporting documentation.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations.
Period-End Closing Activities
- Prepare and post monthly accruals and prepayments entries.
- Assist in the adjustment and settlement of advances at month- and year-end.
- Support the preparation of trial balances and financial schedules.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare internal financial reports, summaries, and analysis as assigned.
- Assist in variance analysis and financial review meetings.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of supporting data for reporting.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all accounting records.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required data.
- Support the preparation of trial balances and financial schedules. (Note: This point is repeated in the original text under both Closing and Documentation).
Excel & Data Management
- Prepare and update financial spreadsheets for analysis and reporting.
- Use formulas, pivot tables, and formatting tools to present financial data.
- Assist in automation and improvement of reporting templates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts including: Accruals, prepayments, and adjustment of advances.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Knowledge of financial reporting principles.
- Attention to detail with strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Job Title: Assistant Manager Finance
Location: Head Office Lahore
Key Responsibilities
- Review monthly financial reports, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly management reporting
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and supervise junior staff
- Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requirements
- Ensure timely closing of monthly and annual accounts
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation
- Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software (SAP preferred)
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Well-versed in Microsoft applications, especially MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Qualifications & Experience
- CA Inter / ACCA / ACMA / MBA Finance or equivalent
- 4–6 years of relevant experience (education or service sector preferred)
