Position: Team Lead – Logistics

Dura Flow Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Lead – Logistics to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring efficient transportation, warehousing, and timely delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all logistics and supply chain operations
- Coordinate with warehouse, dispatch, and procurement teams
- Ensure timely delivery and optimize transportation routes
- Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate records
- Handle logistics-related issues and provide effective solutions
- Lead and supervise the logistics team to achieve operational targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software is a plus
