Position: Assistant Manager – Production
We are looking for dynamic and experienced professionals for the position of Assistant Manager – Production in the following departments:
- Cutting
- Sewing
- Laundry
- Finishing
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or any other relevant discipline
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in the apparel/textile industry
- Strong understanding of production planning, line balancing, quality standards, and process improvement
- Good communication, coordination, and team management skills
- Ability to meet production targets while maintaining quality and efficiency
