TPL Insurance is Hiring: Assistant Manager – Digital Sales & New initiatives.
We are currently seeking Assistant Manager – Digital Sales & New initiatives to join our growing team in Karachi.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop & Pitch digital products to external parties with Sales Channels and finds new opportunities for Digital sales growth.
- Liaison, coordinate, and nurture relationships with existing and new business partners.
- Actively assist and become a part of the Digital Transformation and Sales function of the company; to create competitive advantage through digital sales; new integrations with external platforms, Mobile Apps & websites.
- Liaison between Marketing, IT, Underwriting & Front End Channels (Sales + Digital + Call Centre) for new digital / tech-based product development.
- The ideal candidate should be a Bachelor’s / Master’s in Business Administration in Marketing / Sales having at least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in digital sales of well-established organizations.
Skills:
- Critical thinker, intellectually curious and detail-oriented
- Sound knowledge of mobile app/web platforms
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Result oriented and customer-oriented
