Career Opportunity : Assistant Manager Taxation
TPL Corp Ltd. is a technology driven conglomerate with investments across Life and General Insurance, Real Estate, Security, Asset Tracking, Navigation and Mapping and several technology startups.
We are looking for Assistant Manager Taxation to join our growing team in Karachi. Assistant Manager Taxation will be responsible to file tax returns, carrying out computations, and interacting with tax authorities. He/ she will be responsible to prepare income tax and sales tax reconciliation and assist the team in complying with various tax notices received from taxation authorities.
The ideal candidate should have around 5 years of experience and be ICMA / CA (Intermediate / Finalist) / CIMA / ACCA qualified with relevant experience preferably from reputed audit firms or from tax departments of well-established organizations.
Required skills:
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, as well as income tax and sales tax laws
- Excellent communication and decision making skills and ability to handle provincial and federal tax matters

The ideal candidate should be minimum Bachelors degree, with at least 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience in well-reputed organizations, preferably in the insurance or banking sector.
