Maintenance Executive
This position will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and reliable operation of plant machinery through effective preventive and corrective maintenance, timely troubleshooting, and equipment reliability. The ideal candidate should have a BE/BSc in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ability to solve technical issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Ability to conceptualize projects and foresee challenges and needs to be addressed.
- Maintain accurate logs of spare parts and maintenance activities.
- Knowledge of mechanical & electrical maintenance partnered with deep understanding of production machines and powerhouse systems and ensuring operational efficiency at the lowest possible cost.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 2-3 years of experience in the related field.
Competencies
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
