- Presentable personality and professional appearance
Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints efficiently
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve guest issues promptly
- Maintain a positive brand image and customer relationship
- Monitor service standards and suggest improvements
