Job Responsibilities:
- Assist schools in conducting thorough self-evaluations to identify strengths – Support in Creation of a High-Impact School Improvement Plan
- Aid schools in developing comprehensive SIPs that target key areas for improvement and set realistic, measurable goals.
- Support Leadership in Evaluating School Performance Over Time:
- Guide school leadership in tracking and assessing the impact of SIPs
- Ensure that schools follow through on agreed improvement actions, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Support in Monitoring and Evaluation of School Improvement Planning:
- Assist schools in setting up robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track the progress of their SIPs.
- Review SIP Actions Based on Implementation and Outcomes:
- Conduct reviews of SIP actions to evaluate their effectiveness and provide feedback for further improvement.
- Prepare and ensure the delivery of high-quality reports on school improvement activities and outcomes.
- Collate Allocated School Data on an Ongoing Basis:
- Regularly gather and organize data from allocated schools to track progress and outcomes.
- Coordinate with Regional Lead for Data Compilation and Analysis:
- Work with the regional lead to compile and analyze data, ensuring accurate and comprehensive reporting.
