Lead Literacy & Language Enhancement – Lahore based
The City School is looking for “Lead Literacy & Language Enhancement”, to develop literacy & language policy, defining success criteria, implement and evaluate the success of the program throughout TCS.
Education: Postgraduate or Honors Degree in Phonics (From UK or Australia)
Experience:5+ Years of experience in teaching & literacy, reading recovery techniques, developing skills in writing through the use of Big Write and associated strategies and knowledge and ability to promote speaking and listening skills in English
Skills required:
- Fluent in English speaking and writing skills
- Ability to train others in Active Phonics
- Understanding of Floppy Phonics and Jolly Phonics approach to EYE in reading
- Familiar with the English National Curriculum and Standards expected
- Familiarity with Oxford Reading Tree resources
