Qualification: Masters/Bachelor’s. ISO Lead Auditor/Implementer.
Experience : 3-5 Years in development, implementation, operations, and maintenance of ISMS based on the ISO/IEC 27000.

Job Specifications and Duties:

Leadership and strategic direction for the function, ranging from planning and budgeting to activities promoting the value of quality management and information security, and leading process improvement initiatives in the Company with the given standards.
Liaisons with and offers strategic direction to related governance functions (such as Physical Security/Facilities, Risk Management, IT, Operations, HR, and Compliance), plus senior and middle managers throughout the Organization as necessary, on information security matters such as routine security activities plus emerging security risks and control technologies.
Act as Management Representative (MR) for project identification/selection, assuring linkage between projects, business, and customer priorities using process improvement tools and methodologies.
Development, implementation, operations, and maintenance of ISMS based on the ISO/IEC 27000 series standards, including certification against ISO/IEC 27001 & ISO 20000-1.
Internal and external audit working & non-conformance reporting and follow-up activities concerning international standards (ISO 20000-1 & ISO 27001).
Leads or commissions the preparation and authorizes the implementation of necessary information security policies, quality management processes, standards, procedures, and guidelines, in conjunction with the ISMS Committee.
Conduct Risk assessment, identify vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of security initiatives and business objectives.
Ensure complete implementation & compliance of all security standards within the organization.
Will be responsible for Ad-hoc tasks concerning compliance and audit within the company.
Should be responsible for complying with the standards within the company e.g., HIPAA, ITSM, and ISMS etc.·
Involves in the preparation and authorizes the implementation of necessary information security policies, quality management processes, standards, procedures, and guidelines, in conjunction with ITSM and ISMS Committee.
