We are hiring. Gate Supervisor
Key Accountabilities:
- To ensure entry/exit of men and materials is as per company policy.
- To maintain discipline of gate staff and their duty roster.
- To ensure record keeping and follow-up action on all returnable gate passes.
- To maintain log of events in case of any incident and communicate to all parties involved.
- To ensure housekeeping of all gates/surrounding area.
- To ensure record keeping of visitors in visitors system.
- To plan and execute the training of gate staff on regular intervals.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors:
- Min Bachelor’s level qualification.
- 4-5 years of Gate Management experience.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Computer Skills.
- Organizational Skills.
- Team management.
- Communication skills.
- Problem solving.
