Position: ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER – CUTTING (Onsite)
Location: Cumilla, Bangladesh
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall Cutting Department operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and timely cut-panel availability.
- Manage cutting capacity, manpower, lay/marker planning, fabric utilisation, and wastage to optimise efficiency and cost.
- Ensure shade/lot control, numbering, bundling, panel accuracy, and compliance with buyer requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functionally and lead the team to drive KPI performance, 5S, safety, and continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in garment/apparel cutting operations.
- Strong leader with technical expertise, operational excellence, cost efficiency, and full ownership of the Cutting function.
