Job Description:

RECEIVABLE

1. Processing incoming receipts of customers & records in SAP.
2. Deal with customers’ disputes about the accounts receivables & resolve on priority.
3. Punctually review the customer’s ledgers for timely reconciliation.
4. Calculate & maintain Sales Tax invoices.

PAYABLE

5. Processing Employees and vendors bills in SAP.
6. Perform reconciliation on monthly bases.
7. Petty cash handling.
8. Any other task assigned by seniors.
