Job Announcement: Team Lead Net Metering – Karachi

Education: B.Sc/B.E/MBA/B.Tech
Experience: 3-5 years

Job Responsibilities:

 Net Metering Target achievement by driving and managing net metering team effectively.
 Daily and weekly tasks assignment to net metering team members
 Follow-up on assigned tasks about completion and address any issue causing delay
 Participate in follow-ups with DISCOs and NEPRA for prolonged cases and push them for speedy execution
 Provide consistent guidance and support to net metering officers for swift working.
 Reporting daily, weekly and monthly NM stats of ongoing cases
 Ensuring timely execution of every stage involved in NM process to install meter in shortest possible time
 Highlighting issues occurring in NM cases that are causing delay and propose an appropriate solution
 Coordinating with external customers to facilitate them regarding their queries related to Net Metering
 Inform Net metering management regarding any change in file processing SOP of NEPRA or DISCOs.
 Assisting Manager Net Metering in managing financial requirements of NM cases
 Identifying improvement areas and suggesting process improvement plans

Functional Knowledge/Skills:

 Strong Grip on Net Metering Process, Procedures, and Regulatory Policies and Regulations.
 Should have hands-on experience with processing Net metering cases of residential and commercial solar sites.
 Customer centricity, Extroversion, Time Management, Teamwork, Multitasking, Team Management, Conflict Resolution, and Negotiation skills.
