𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲:
We are seeking an experienced Embedded Systems Engineer to develop and optimize firmware for power electronics and energy storage solutions.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 & 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Have 𝟰+ 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 in embedded firmware development.
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in 𝗖/𝗖++ programming for resource-constrained embedded systems.
- Have experience developing firmware for 𝗔𝗥𝗠, 𝗣𝗜𝗖, 𝗧𝗜 𝗖𝟮𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱/𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗦𝗣 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀.
- Be familiar with 𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗲-𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗧𝗢𝗦-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 embedded software development.
- Have experience working with 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗟𝗶𝗻𝘂𝘅 environments on SBCs such as Raspberry Pi, Pi, NXP i.MX, similar platforms.
- Be proficient in embedded communication protocols including I²C, SPI, Modbus, and CAN bus.
- Possess working knowledge of scripting and automation languages such as 𝗣𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻 and/or 𝗖#.
- Have a solid understanding of digital and analog electronics, including the ability to read complex schematics and debug hardware issues.
- Be experienced in using laboratory equipment such as 𝗼𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗽𝗲𝘀, 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘇𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀.
- Be familiar with version control systems, particularly 𝗚𝗶𝘁.
- Demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Be able to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary engineering team.
𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
Candidates with the following experience will be preferred:
- Experience in renewable energy, power electronics, battery management systems, inverter development, or industrial control systems.
- Familiarity with secure and safety-oriented coding standards such as 𝗠𝗜𝗦𝗥𝗔 𝗖/𝗖++.
- Experience with firmware unit testing and automated test frameworks.
- Experience establishing or maintaining 𝗖𝗜/𝗖𝗗 𝗽𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 for embedded software projects.
- Exposure to cybersecurity concepts for embedded devices and connected systems.
