Job Detail:
• Develop and manage SLA Operations as per SLA agreed terms to seek customer satisfaction.
• Responsible to develop costing mechanism for all SLA areas involved.
• Produce regular SLA reports to management to monitor SLA performance.
• Participate and submit SLA tenders as per the tender guidelines. Display excellent team management skills to motivate other team members and monitor team’s performance.
• 5-8 years of SLA management experience in IT Company.
• Managerial experience is a must.
