We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Assistant Manager Production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production operations, quality standards, workforce management, and continuous improvement in the Production department.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met.
· Monitor line efficiency, manpower utilization, and machine performance.
· Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
· Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.
· Coordinate with cross-functional team.
· Train and develop supervisors and operators.
· Resolve production issues and bottlenecks promptly.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
· 2-4 years of relevant experience in footwear manufacturing or Textile segments
· Proven leadership and team management skills.
· Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
