Position: Hydraulic Supervisor / Lead
Education: DAE – Mechanical
Experience: 5-7 years on big press or hydraulic machines.
Must have:
· Understanding and troubleshooting hydraulic equipment.
· Understanding of hydraulic oil and seal checking/ changing, Emergency release and safeties of hydraulics.
· Understanding of directional, proportional, pressure and flow control valves.
· Understanding of Logic valves, poppet valves, NRV, gate valve and close valves etc.
· Understanding automatic control valves and calibration with steam temperature and pressure.
· Able to read hydraulic drawings
· Understanding of PLC operations to troubleshoot machines.
