- Manager Planning:
We’re seeking an experienced Manager Planning with 7+ years in production and supply chain planning. If you have a Bachelor’s in supply chain, operations, or a related field, along with expertise in SAP and advanced MS Office, join us to optimize production planning, manage inventory, and drive strategic initiatives.
Skills & Competencies:
· Oversee and optimize production planning, ensuring timely material availability and compliance with inventory goals.
· Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, identify and correct discrepancies, and forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking or shortages.
· Implement, enhance, and ensure effective use of ERP (SAP) systems to support planning and inventory management.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production schedules, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery of products.
· Develop and execute inventory management strategies to control costs, minimize waste, and maximize working capital.
- Deputy Manager Costing:
We’re seeking a skilled Costing Specialist with 4-5 years of experience in manufacturing. If you have an ACCA, ICMA, or an equivalent degree, and expertise in MS Office and SAP, join us to manage and oversee key costing activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support financial decision-making
Skills & Competencies:
· Oversee and manage daily, monthly, and quarterly costing activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial close.
· Review and validate journals prepared by the costing team to ensure compliance and accuracy.
· Collaborate with departments like Supply Chain, Production, and Planning to complete forecasting and project activities.
· Provide financial expertise and guidance to managers, planners, and engineers on budgeting and financial reporting.
· Perform product costing, standard cost reviews, and variance analysis to support financial decision-making.
