Universal Packaging Pvt Ltd Jobs Shift Incharge Rotogravure Printing:
We are looking for “Shift Incharge – Rotogravure Printing“.
Requirement & Skills:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience on same position.
- The incumbent should be Intermediate/Graduate.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work as a team player.
Key Role & Responsibilities:
- To supervise all Shift production activities.
- To execute department objectives & Goals.
- Coordinate with Planning for order/sample production.
- To identify the requirements for production like ink, solvents, material, etc.
- Ensure smooth functioning of machines and proper maintenance.
- Prepare daily production, waste, and analysis reports of the Department.
- To ensure that jobs are lined up for all Printing machines.
- In-line checks of the quality during the process.
- Manpower handling and training of production staff.
- Check the cleanliness of all staff.
- To increase efficiency and reduce wastage.
- To identify improvement areas.
- To investigate customer complaints and take action.
- To maintain good housekeeping of the department.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
