Career Counsellor – Head of Department ISLAMABAD
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To lead and manage the Career Services Department, providing strategic direction and hands-on counselling to support students in making informed academic and career decisions. This role combines leadership, program development, student engagement, and industry collaboration to enhance student outcomes and employability.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in Education, Career Counselling, or related field
- 5-6 years of experience in career counselling, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills with knowledge of career pathways and education systems
