Location: Karachi
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily factory operations across Production, Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Warehouse and EHS
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, efficiency and operational standards
- Monitor and improve productivity, OEE, yield, capacity utilization and equipment performance
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor production costs, material usage, wastage and resource utilization to improve operational efficiency
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, Finance and HR for smooth factory operations
- Lead and develop factory teams while ensuring safety, quality, policy compliance and timely performance reporting
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Technology or related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing or factory operations
- Experience in electronics, electrical, hardware, consumer electronics, technology or related manufacturing preferred
- Proven experience managing production and overall factory operations
- Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Industrial Engineering and Warehouse operations
- Strong leadership, problem solving, decision making and team management skills
- Ability to drive operational efficiency, productivity, quality, cost control and continuous improvement
